I created my health coaching business, Mind, Body, Plate, to help women address their weight and health struggles and provide them with solutions that really work. Whether it's weight loss, digestive issues, food intolerances, sleep problems or lack of energy, we will get to the root of the issue and make lasting changes.
As your coach, we will work step-by-step at your own pace to achieve sustainable results. I believe in a balanced lifestyle, not an all or nothing approach. You can still enjoy the foods you always have, just in moderation or modified. I am here to listen to your unique health struggles, help identify your goals and motivate you to reach them!Â

About Me
Hi! I'm Jenny!
For as long as I can remember, I have had an interest in nutrition and health. As a child, I suffered from chronic digestive issues that my parents and even my pediatrician failed to help me with. I now know these issues were related entirely to my diet. Too much processed food and dairy kept me from healing my body. My struggles motivated me to study nutrition in college and eventually go on to earn a culinary degree at a health-focused culinary school, The Natural Gourmet in New York City. Fast forward to today, I am a Mom of 3 and certified Holistic Health Coach from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. I want to share my passion for health and nutrition with other women and provide solutions that can change lives.
